At Exquisite Beauty, we want your shopping experience to feel clear, safe, and easy from the moment you browse to the moment your order arrives.

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after processing, depending on destination, carrier volume, customs, weather, and other delays outside our control.
Tracking information will be emailed when available. Some orders may ship in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different suppliers.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return request window after your order is received. To request a return, email us at hellosunshine@exquisitebeauty.ca with your order number and the reason for your request.
Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, lashes, nail products, hair/body products, and personal care items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us right away with photos and your order number so we can help make it right.
Secure checkout
Our checkout is powered by Shopify and supports secure payment options including major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when available.
Before you order
Please make sure your shipping address and email are correct before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
