SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after processing. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided by email when available. Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled from different suppliers or locations.

DELAYS

Weather, customs, carrier volume, and other circumstances outside our control may cause shipping delays.
